I would leave a zero star review if I could!We have been buying from this company for years. All of the sudden they don't carry Norton sandpaper, yet it was "in stock" when I purchased. I received an email, "Can we substitute"? I told them yes, not knowing the guys say the paper sucks. We want to return it. There is no way of getting a hold of someone on the phone. The emails are being blown off. So, it appears as though we are going to be stuck with close to $400 in sandpaper. This is not the kind of customer service I would expect to someone who has been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Not a customer anymore!
